Abuse
I see you and I suddenly remember
Your not the same girl
No longer a contender
With plenty fish in the sea
I see
What they were talking about when they spoke your name
I didn't believe at first then came the change
And as I witnessed the beauty become the beast
I thought to myself
'I've been tricked and betrayed'
This beast needs to be slain
Before she takes hold of another
A fellow brother
A hopeless romantic
To make his life tragic
And I know only I have the power
So I lift my sword
But exchange it for a pen and
Begin
To let the ink rain
Writing faster than I can think
Spitting faster than she can blink
My words destroy her
But it's for the best
And now she lay distressed and mind boggled
And I continue on my way
Tomorrow's another day to save.
I fell in love again
I fell in a another hole
Just rented out my soul
But I could've sworn this chick
Was different
She spoke so softly when we argued
And her body, ..
My eyes were glued
But as I soon figured out
She didn't need to scream and shout
To damage me internally
So once again
I knew what I had to do
But this time my anger grew
My words didn't effect her
But I knew my knuckles would
So I used them with the most control I could
I continued on my way
Leaving her as she lay
Tomorrow will be another day to save
