Cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry,
Cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry,
Cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry.
Well, old man river just keeps on rollin
On down the line
Like my tears just keep on flowin
All the time
Cant you hear me cry.
Cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry,
Cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry,
Cry, cry, cry, cry.
Well, somewhere theres a rainbow for me,
I know its my time
I am getting so tired
Of standing in this light
Cant you hear me cry.
Boo, hoo, hoo, boo, hoo, hoo,
Boo, hoo, hoo, boo, boo, hoo,
Boo, hoo, hoo, cry, cry, cry.
Boo, hoo, hoo, boo, hoo, hoo,

Rollin'

Verse 1 :
It's the bomb, 3-2-1 detanate & boom
give me some room you better wait
for the kid to blow-up and take off like a rocket
got something up my sleeve and something else in my pocket
yeah, let me see you move out there
through your hands in the air like you just don't care
cause we rollin' here coming with the funk sound
and this ain't the government so, we won't shut down
first gear, make sure you got everything you need
second gear, lean back as you pick up speed
third gear, hit the highway you're starting to roll
and fourth gear, now you're looking for the cruise control
I got my home boys with me and we rollin' kinda tight
get it washed in the day so it's shiny at night
and make you feel alright like when your pockets is swollen
so bust this as I does this and we rollin'
Chorus:
rollin' rollin' rollin'
on the track and we
rollin' rollin' rollin'
and there ain't no turnin' back
there's a party going on but it's hard to see
because they didn't understand it till they rolled with me
that's why we
Rollin' rollin' rollin'
in the west and we
Rollin' rollin' rollin'
east coast past the test
there's a whole buncha people with a whole lotta soul
but, it don't get started till we start to roll
Verse 2:
come one, come all we ain't looking for no static
you can roll low riff stick shift or automatic
it's an open ivitation to the whole nation
yo the whole world all of civilization
bob your head to the lyrics that I said
from an 18-wheeler down to a mo-ped
even a kid can go or a bike or a trike
can get with it as the people here me hit it on the mic
now convoy came out twenty years ago
but I love that record bay don't you know
it doesn't matter who's up front or who's behind
just as long as we rolling and we stay in line
so take your time as you get your boogie on
and let me bust my rhyme up until the break of dawn
cause some try to dis and look at this like it's stolen
don't trip moneygrip, pink slip and we rollin'
Chorus:
rollin' rollin' rollin'

Rollin On

It came as the daybreak
Must surely arrive
Opened my eyes just
To be sure I was alive
Another day
Theyre much the same
Twentyfour hours for me
To try again
Im rollin on, Im rollin on
Im rollin on, Im rollin on
It came as a judgement
We all have to face
Fickle hour you bring me joy
You bring me disgrace
Ill take your challenge
Man against emotion
Ill wager my beliefs
Against my sin
Im rollin on, Im rollin on
Well, Im rollin on
Rollin on and on and on forever
Yes, I am
Rollin, rollin, rollin on together
Rollin on and on and on forever
Rollin, rollin, rollin on
Yes, Im rollin on
To where I dont care
Crystal ball
You let me down again
Rollin down a road
Ive never seen
Meeting people
Seeing places Ive never been
Im rollin on, Im rollin on
Im rollin on, Im rollin on
Rollin on and on and on forever
Yes, I am
Rollin, rollin, rollin on together
Rollin on and on and on forever
Rollin, rollin, rollin on together
Im rollin on. Im rollin on
Im rollin on, Im rollin on
Crystal ball
You let me down again
Im rollin on ... well, Im rollin ...

Keep It Flowin

It's 2:00, and we're still going.I can't get enough of your lovin now.
The way you're doing, what you're doing (ooh) keeps me, coming back
for more. So,
Keep it flowin baby, gurl don't stop for nothing
Keep it flowin baby, keep givin your lovin
Keep it flowin baby, kissin and huggin
Keep it flowin baby, and don't stop it now
Now is the time to do what I do.
I'm gonna try my best to put my joy in you.
Wanna be your lover, day and night.
The way you're pleasing me, feels so right.
Keep it flowin baby, and don't stop for nothing
Keep it flowin baby, keep givin your love
Keep it flowin baby, kissin and huggin
Keep it flowin baby, gurl don't stop it now.
Just open up, and let me in.I wanna give you

your lover gurl.Oh baby, you know what I want.
Keep it flowin baby, and don't stop for nothing
Keep it flowin baby, keep givin your lovin
Keep it flowin baby, kissin and huggin
Keep it flowin baby, just like a boat
(Bridge)
Just like a boat gurl, keep it flowin.Don't you stop
gurl, keep it going.Up and down gurl, keep it strokin.
Feelin so good, kissin and huggin.Love in the wind, feel
ya lovin.Gurl ya so, I wanna stay here, in the passion.
Rollin with you.Honey make like you a river.
(Ending)
Let it flow, let it flow, let it, just let it flow.
(Repeat ending while singing chorus)

Rockin In The U. S. A.

Im flyin in a 747, Im passing by the pearly gates
And Im comin real close to heaven
And my guitar just cant wait, it just cant wait
In france really had the chance, yeah, there was plenty romance
Ive been to england too, there wasnt much to do
One thing I know is true, what I would rather do is
Rockin in the u.s.a.
Nowhere else Id rather stay
Rockin and a-rollin, rockin and a-rollin

Proud Mary

Left a good job in the city,
Workin for the man evry night and day,
And I never lost one minute of sleepin,
Worryin bout the way things might have been.
Chorus:
Big wheel keep on turnin,
Proud mary keep on burnin,
Rollin, rollin, rollin on the river.
Cleaned a lot of plates in memphis,
Pumped a lot of pain down in new orleans,
But I never saw the good side of the city,
til I hitched a ride on a river boat queen.
Chorus
Rollin, rollin, rollin on the river.
If you come down to the river,
Bet you gonna find some people who live.
You dont have to worry cause you have no money,
People on the river are happy to give.
Chorus
Rollin, rollin, rollin on the river.
Rollin, rollin, rollin on the river.

Prince Hohenstiel-Schwangau, Saviour of Society

Epigraph

I slew the Hydra, and from labour pass'd
To labour — tribes of labours! Till, at last,
Attempting one more labour, in a trice,
Alack, with ills I crowned the edifice.

You have seen better days, dear? So have I
And worse too, for they brought no such bud-mouth
As yours to lisp "You wish you knew me!" Well,
Wise men, 't is said, have sometimes wished the same,
And wished and had their trouble for their pains.
Suppose my Œdipus should lurk at last
Under a pork-pie hat and crinoline,
And, latish, pounce on Sphynx in Leicester Square?
Or likelier, what if Sphynx in wise old age,
Grown sick of snapping foolish people's heads,
And jealous for her riddle's proper rede, —
Jealous that the good trick which served the turn
Have justice rendered it, nor class one day
With friend Home's stilts and tongs and medium-ware,—
What if the once redoubted Sphynx, I say,
(Because night draws on, and the sands increase,
And desert-whispers grow a prophecy)
Tell all to Corinth of her own accord.
Bright Corinth, not dull Thebes, for Lais' sake,
Who finds me hardly grey, and likes my nose,
And thinks a man of sixty at the prime?
Good! It shall be! Revealment of myself!
But listen, for we must co-operate;
I don't drink tea: permit me the cigar!
First, how to make the matter plain, of course —
What was the law by which I lived. Let 's see:
Ay, we must take one instant of my life
Spent sitting by your side in this neat room:
Watch well the way I use it, and don't laugh!
Here's paper on the table, pen and ink:
Give me the soiled bit — not the pretty rose!
See! having sat an hour, I'm rested now,
Therefore want work: and spy no better work
For eye and hand and mind that guides them both,
During this instant, than to draw my pen
From blot One — thus — up, up to blot Two — thus —
Which I at last reach, thus, and here's my line
Five inches long and tolerably straight:

On And On

Words and Music by Amy Grant and Brown Bannister
Well, I don't understand this love I have inside
Would it be the same without that twinkle in your eye
And would it be the same if you came and said goodbye
Forever
I only know that the love that I feel
Doesn't come from somewhere inside of me
But I see it keeps on growin'
So I guess I'll just keep goin'
'Cause I'm confident in knowin'
It's from the Lord
And it grows on and on, flowin' on and on
Don't you see we just can't hide love
From growin' on and on, flowin' on and on
There's so many ways to say I love you
I love you
So I pray for eyes to see your needs
And ears to hear your spirit gently plead
Well I think I understand this love I have inside
It's coming from the Father, it will never be denied
Even if you came to me right now and said goodbye
Forever, forever, forever
Growin' on and on, flowin' on and on
Don't you see we just can't hide love
From growin' on and on, flowin' on and on
Got to show this love in my heart
Growin' on and on, flowin' on and on
Don't you see we just can't hide love
From growin' on and on, flowin' on and on
Got to show this love in my heart
Growin' on and on, flowin' on and on
Don't you see we just can't hide love
From growin' on and on, flowin' on and on
Got to show this love in my heart
Growin' on and on, flowin' on and on
Don't you see we just can't hide love
From growin' on and on, flowin' on and on

Satan Absolved

(In the antechamber of Heaven. Satan walks alone. Angels in groups conversing.)
Satan. To--day is the Lord's ``day.'' Once more on His good pleasure
I, the Heresiarch, wait and pace these halls at leisure
Among the Orthodox, the unfallen Sons of God.
How sweet in truth Heaven is, its floors of sandal wood,
Its old--world furniture, its linen long in press,
Its incense, mummeries, flowers, its scent of holiness!
Each house has its own smell. The smell of Heaven to me
Intoxicates and haunts,--and hurts. Who would not be
God's liveried servant here, the slave of His behest,
Rather than reign outside? I like good things the best,
Fair things, things innocent; and gladly, if He willed,
Would enter His Saints' kingdom--even as a little child.

[Laughs. I have come to make my peace, to crave a full amaun,
Peace, pardon, reconcilement, truce to our daggers--drawn,
Which have so long distraught the fair wise Universe,
An end to my rebellion and the mortal curse
Of always evil--doing. He will mayhap agree
I was less wholly wrong about Humanity
The day I dared to warn His wisdom of that flaw.
It was at least the truth, the whole truth, I foresaw
When He must needs create that simian ``in His own
Image and likeness.'' Faugh! the unseemly carrion!
I claim a new revision and with proofs in hand,
No Job now in my path to foil me and withstand.
Oh, I will serve Him well!
[Certain Angels approach. But who are these that come
With their grieved faces pale and eyes of martyrdom?
Not our good Sons of God? They stop, gesticulate,
Argue apart, some weep,--weep, here within Heaven's gate!
Sob almost in God's sight! ay, real salt human tears,
Such as no Spirit wept these thrice three thousand years.
The last shed were my own, that night of reprobation
When I unsheathed my sword and headed the lost nation.
Since then not one of them has spoken above his breath
Or whispered in these courts one word of life or death
Displeasing to the Lord. No Seraph of them all,
Save I this day each year, has dared to cross Heaven's hall
And give voice to ill news, an unwelcome truth to Him.
Not Michael's self hath dared, prince of the Seraphim.
Yet all now wail aloud.--What ails ye, brethren? Speak!
Are ye too in rebellion? Angels. Satan, no. But weak
With our long earthly toil, the unthankful care of Man.

Satan. Ye have in truth good cause.

Angels. And we would know God's plan,
His true thought for the world, the wherefore and the why
Of His long patience mocked, His name in jeopardy.

Homer

The Iliad: Book 21

Now when they came to the ford of the full-flowing river Xanthus,
begotten of immortal Jove, Achilles cut their forces in two: one
half he chased over the plain towards the city by the same way that
the Achaeans had taken when flying panic-stricken on the preceding day
with Hector in full triumph; this way did they fly pell-mell, and Juno
sent down a thick mist in front of them to stay them. The other half
were hemmed in by the deep silver-eddying stream, and fell into it
with a great uproar. The waters resounded, and the banks rang again,
as they swam hither and thither with loud cries amid the whirling
eddies. As locusts flying to a river before the blast of a grass fire-
the flame comes on and on till at last it overtakes them and they
huddle into the water- even so was the eddying stream of Xanthus
filled with the uproar of men and horses, all struggling in
confusion before Achilles.
Forthwith the hero left his spear upon the bank, leaning it
against a tamarisk bush, and plunged into the river like a god,
armed with his sword only. Fell was his purpose as he hewed the
Trojans down on every side. Their dying groans rose hideous as the
sword smote them, and the river ran red with blood. As when fish fly
scared before a huge dolphin, and fill every nook and corner of some
fair haven- for he is sure to eat all he can catch- even so did the
Trojans cower under the banks of the mighty river, and when
Achilles' arms grew weary with killing them, he drew twelve youths
alive out of the water, to sacrifice in revenge for Patroclus son of
Menoetius. He drew them out like dazed fawns, bound their hands behind
them with the girdles of their own shirts, and gave them over to his
men to take back to the ships. Then he sprang into the river,
thirsting for still further blood.
There he found Lycaon, son of Priam seed of Dardanus, as he was
escaping out of the water; he it was whom he had once taken prisoner
when he was in his father's vineyard, having set upon him by night, as
he was cutting young shoots from a wild fig-tree to make the wicker
sides of a chariot. Achilles then caught him to his sorrow unawares,
and sent him by sea to Lemnos, where the son of Jason bought him.
But a guest-friend, Eetion of Imbros, freed him with a great sum,
and sent him to Arisbe, whence he had escaped and returned to his
father's house. He had spent eleven days happily with his friends
after he had come from Lemnos, but on the twelfth heaven again
delivered him into the hands of Achilles, who was to send him to the
house of Hades sorely against his will. He was unarmed when Achilles
caught sight of him, and had neither helmet nor shield; nor yet had he
any spear, for he had thrown all his armour from him on to the bank,
and was sweating with his struggles to get out of the river, so that
his strength was now failing him.
Then Achilles said to himself in his surprise, "What marvel do I see
here? If this man can come back alive after having been sold over into
Lemnos, I shall have the Trojans also whom I have slain rising from
the world below. Could not even the waters of the grey sea imprison
him, as they do many another whether he will or no? This time let
him taste my spear, that I may know for certain whether mother earth

Workin for the man every night and day
Havent ever lost one minute of sleeping
Worried about the way things might have been
Been a lot of places down in memphis
I umped a lot of babes down in new orleans
Had a lot of shots at good times in the city
Till I hitched a ride on a river bout queen
A big wheel keeps on turnin

The Ballad of the White Horse

DEDICATION

Of great limbs gone to chaos,
A great face turned to night--
Why bend above a shapeless shroud
Seeking in such archaic cloud
Sight of strong lords and light?

Where seven sunken Englands
Lie buried one by one,
Why should one idle spade, I wonder,
Shake up the dust of thanes like thunder
To smoke and choke the sun?

In cloud of clay so cast to heaven
What shape shall man discern?
These lords may light the mystery
Of mastery or victory,
And these ride high in history,
But these shall not return.

Gored on the Norman gonfalon
The Golden Dragon died:
We shall not wake with ballad strings
The good time of the smaller things,
We shall not see the holy kings
Ride down by Severn side.

Stiff, strange, and quaintly coloured
As the broidery of Bayeux
The England of that dawn remains,
And this of Alfred and the Danes
Seems like the tales a whole tribe feigns
Too English to be true.

Of a good king on an island
That ruled once on a time;
And as he walked by an apple tree
There came green devils out of the sea
With sea-plants trailing heavily
And tracks of opal slime.

Yet Alfred is no fairy tale;
His days as our days ran,
He also looked forth for an hour
On peopled plains and skies that lower,
From those few windows in the tower
That is the head of a man.

But who shall look from Alfred's hood

Train Kept A Rollin'

Well, on a train, I met a dame,
She rather handsome, but (???) the same
She was pretty, from New York City
I'm walkin' down that old fair lane,
I'm in heat, I'm in love,
But I just couldn't tell her so
I said, train kept a-rollin' all night long
Train kept a-rollin' all night long
Train kept a-rollin' all night long
Train kept a-rollin' all night long
With a "heave!", and a "ho!"
But I just couldn't tell her so, no, no, no
Well, get along, sweet little woman get along
On your way, get along, sweet little woman get along
On your way,
I'm in heat, I'm in love,
But I just couldn't tell her so, no, no, no
Well, on a train, I met a dame,

But I just couldn't tell her
Well, we made a stop in Albequerque
She must'a thought I was a real cool jerk
Got off the train, and put her hands up
Lookin' so good I couldn't let her go
But I just couldn't tell her so
I said, train kept a-rollin' all night long

Through the eyes of a Field Coronet (Epic)

Introduction

In the kaki coloured tent in Umbilo he writes
his life’s story while women, children and babies are dying,
slowly but surely are obliterated, he see how his nation is suffering
while the events are notched into his mind.

Lying even heavier on him is the treason
of some other Afrikaners who for own gain
have delivered him, to imprisonment in this place of hatred
and thoughts go through him to write a book.

Prologue

The Afrikaner nation sprouted
from Dutchmen,
who fought decades without defeat
against the super power Spain

mixed with French Huguenots
who left their homes and belongings,
with the revocation of the Edict of Nantes.
Associate this then with the fact

that these people fought formidable
for seven generations
against every onslaught that they got
from savages en wild animals

becoming marksmen, riding
and taming wild horses
with one bullet per day
to hunt a wild antelope,

who migrated right across the country
over hills in mass protest
and then you have
the most formidable adversary
and then let them fight

in a natural wilderness
where the hunter,
the sniper and horseman excels
and any enemy is at a lost.

Let them then also be patriotic
into their souls,
believe in and read
out of the word of God

With The Bug

Roy orbison
Well down through the ages. woman's had a time
Tryin' to get her man to walk the chalk line
To keep him on a string with a kiss and a hug
But there's never been a man who wasn't bitten by the bug
Yeah rockin' and rollin' with the bug
Rollin' and strollin' with the bug
Itchin' and twitchin' singin' and swingin'
Yeah with the bug
Well delilah loved sammy, but he wouldnt stay home
Always runnin' and leavin' dee home
She set out to find sammy late one night
Found him down at the sand dune rockin' it right
He was rockin' and rollin' with the bug
Rollin' and strollin' he had the bug
Itchin' and twitchin' singin' and swingin'
Yeah with the bug
Well helen of troy a cool smile on her face
She sported the face that launched a thousand ships
But she couldn't control the wiggle in her hips
She lost her fame and fortune, just one flip
Well rockin' and rollin' with the bug
Rollin' and strollin' had the bug
Itchin' and twitchin' singin' and swingin'
Yeah with the bug
And josephine, had trouble from the start
She couldn't keep her eye on little bonoparte
Every single time that josie looked around
She found her bony runnin' round and round
He was rockin' and rollin' with the bug
Rollin' and strollin' had the bug
Itchin' and twitchin' singin' and swingin'
Yeah with the bug
Well now, are modern times the same as history
Even in the twentieth century
And our future now, oh yes it's plain to see
If we don't look out, the bug will get you and me
We'll be rockin' and rollin' with the bug
Rollin' and strollin' with the bug
Itchin' and twitchin' movin' and groovin'
Yeah with the bug
Yeah, with the bug
With the bug
With the bug
With the bug
With the bug
With the bug
With the bug ...

Always runnin' and leavin' Dee home
She set out to find Sammy late one night
Found him down at the sand dune rockin' it right
He was rockin' and rollin' with the bug
Rollin' and strollin' with the bug
Itchin' and twitchin' singin' and swingin'
Yeah with the bug
Well Helen of Troy a cool smile on her face
She sported the face that launched a thousand ships
But she couldn't control the wiggle in her hips
She lost her fame and fortune, just one flip
Well rockin' and rollin' with the bug
Rollin' and strollin' with the bug
Itchin' and twitchin' singin' and swingin'
Yeah with the bug
Well now Josephine, She had trouble from the start
She couldn't keep her eye on little Bonoparte
Every single time that Josie looked around
She found her Bony runnin' round and round
He was rockin' and rollin' with the bug
Rollin' and strollin' with the bug
Itchin' and twitchin' singin' and swingin'
Yeah with the bug
Well now, are modern times the same as history
Even in the twentieth century
And our future now well it's plain to see
If we don't look out, the bug will get you and me
We'll be rockin' and rollin' with the bug
Rollin' and strollin' with the bug
Itchin' and twitchin' singin' and swingin'
Yeah with the bug
Yeah, with the bug
with the bug
with the bug
with the bug
with the bug
with the bug....

VI. Giuseppe Caponsacchi

Answer you, Sirs? Do I understand aright?
Have patience! In this sudden smoke from hell,—
So things disguise themselves,—I cannot see
My own hand held thus broad before my face
And know it again. Answer you? Then that means
Tell over twice what I, the first time, told
Six months ago: 't was here, I do believe,
Fronting you same three in this very room,
I stood and told you: yet now no one laughs,
Who then … nay, dear my lords, but laugh you did,
As good as laugh, what in a judge we style
Laughter—no levity, nothing indecorous, lords!
Only,—I think I apprehend the mood:
There was the blameless shrug, permissible smirk,
The pen's pretence at play with the pursed mouth,
The titter stifled in the hollow palm
Which rubbed the eyebrow and caressed the nose,
When I first told my tale: they meant, you know,
"The sly one, all this we are bound believe!
"Well, he can say no other than what he says.
"We have been young, too,—come, there's greater guilt!
"Let him but decently disembroil himself,
"Scramble from out the scrape nor move the mud,—
"We solid ones may risk a finger-stretch!
And now you sit as grave, stare as aghast
As if I were a phantom: now 't is—"Friend,
"Collect yourself!"—no laughing matter more—
"Counsel the Court in this extremity,
"Tell us again!"—tell that, for telling which,
I got the jocular piece of punishment,
Was sent to lounge a little in the place
Whence now of a sudden here you summon me
To take the intelligence from just—your lips!
You, Judge Tommati, who then tittered most,—
That she I helped eight months since to escape
Her husband, was retaken by the same,
Three days ago, if I have seized your sense,—
(I being disallowed to interfere,
Meddle or make in a matter none of mine,
For you and law were guardians quite enough
O' the innocent, without a pert priest's help)—
And that he has butchered her accordingly,
As she foretold and as myself believed,—
And, so foretelling and believing so,
We were punished, both of us, the merry way:
Therefore, tell once again the tale! For what?
Pompilia is only dying while I speak!
Why does the mirth hang fire and miss the smile?
My masters, there's an old book, you should con
For strange adventures, applicable yet,

The Dream

'TWAS summer eve; the changeful beams still play'd
On the fir-bark and through the beechen shade;
Still with soft crimson glow'd each floating cloud;
Still the stream glitter'd where the willow bow'd;
Still the pale moon sate silent and alone,
Nor yet the stars had rallied round her throne;
Those diamond courtiers, who, while yet the West
Wears the red shield above his dying breast,
Dare not assume the loss they all desire,
Nor pay their homage to the fainter fire,
But wait in trembling till the Sun's fair light
Fading, shall leave them free to welcome Night!

So when some Chief, whose name through realms afar
Was still the watchword of succesful war,
Met by the fatal hour which waits for all,
Is, on the field he rallied, forced to fall,
The conquerors pause to watch his parting breath,
Awed by the terrors of that mighty death;
Nor dare the meed of victory to claim,
Nor lift the standard to a meaner name,
Till every spark of soul hath ebb'd away,
And leaves what was a hero, common clay.

Oh! Twilight! Spirit that dost render birth
To dim enchantments; melting Heaven with Earth,
Leaving on craggy hills and rumning streams
A softness like the atmosphere of dreams;
Thy hour to all is welcome! Faint and sweet
Thy light falls round the peasant's homeward feet,
Who, slow returning from his task of toil,
Sees the low sunset gild the cultured soil,
And, tho' such radliance round him brightly glows,
Marks the small spark his cottage window throws.
Still as his heart forestals his weary pace,
Fondly he dreams of each familiar face,
Recalls the treasures of his narrow life,
His rosy children, and his sunburnt wife,

To whom his coming is the chief event
Of simple days in cheerful labour spent.
The rich man's chariot hath gone whirling past,
And those poor cottagers have only cast
One careless glance on all that show of pride,
Then to their tasks turn'd quietly aside;
But him they wait for, him they welcome home,
Fond sentinels look forth to see him come;
The fagot sent for when the fire grew dim,
The frugal meal prepared, are all for him;
For him the watching of that sturdy boy,

Tom Zart's 52 Best Of The Rest America At War Poems

SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF WORLD WAR III

The White House

Ms. Lillian Cauldwell

Passionate Internet Voices Radio
Ann Arbor Michigan

Dear Lillian:
Number 41 passed on the CDs from Tom Zart. Thank you for thinking of me. I am thankful for your efforts to honor our brave military personnel and their families. America owes these courageous men and women a debt of gratitude, and I am honored to be the commander in chief of the greatest force for freedom in the history of the world.
Best Wishes.

Sincerely,

George W. Bush

SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF WORLD WAR III

Our sons and daughters serve in harm's way
To defend our way of life.
Some are students, some grandparents
Many a husband or wife.

They face great odds without complaint
Gambling life and limb for little pay.
So far away from all they love
Fight our soldiers for whom we pray.

The plotters and planners of America's doom
Pledge to murder and maim all they can.
From early childhood they are taught
To kill is to become a man.

They exploit their young as weapons of choice
Teaching in heaven, virgins will await.
Destroying lives along with their own
To learn of their falsehoods too late.

The fearful cry we must submit
And find a way to soothe them.
Where defenders worry if we stand down
The future for America is grim.

Nite Line

Calling on the nite line
Waking me up
Calling on the nite line
(calling on the nite line)
Cant get enough
Calling on the nite line
(calling on the nite line)
Whisper in my ear
Sending through the fire line
(calling on the nite line)
What Id like to hear
Every night about midnight
The call comes through
You turn it on the nite line
cause you know just what to do
And Ill be waiting
(Ill be waiting)
By the phone
(by the phone) alone.
Calling on the nite line
Waking me up
(call me, baby)
Calling on the nite line - hee!
Cant get enough
(call me, darling)
Calling on the nite line - hee!
Whisper in my ear - aow!
Sending through the fire line
What Id like to hear
Make it person-to-person
Make it heart-to-heart
Darling, your communication
Is sending up sparks
Ill be waiting
(Ill be waiting)
By the phone
(by the phone)
Why dont you give me a call?
(calling on the nite line
Getting me up)
I wanna call
(calling on the nite line
Cant get enough)
Why dont you call me, baby? hee!
Call me on the nite line!
(call me, darling!)
Whisper in my ear
(wont you call me, baby!) hee!
Sending through the fire line
What Id like to hear - oo!
