Through the eyes of a Field Coronet (Epic)
Introduction
In the kaki coloured tent in Umbilo he writes
his life’s story while women, children and babies are dying,
slowly but surely are obliterated, he see how his nation is suffering
while the events are notched into his mind.
Lying even heavier on him is the treason
of some other Afrikaners who for own gain
have delivered him, to imprisonment in this place of hatred
and thoughts go through him to write a book.
Prologue
The Afrikaner nation sprouted
from Dutchmen,
who fought decades without defeat
against the super power Spain
mixed with French Huguenots
who left their homes and belongings,
with the revocation of the Edict of Nantes.
Associate this then with the fact
that these people fought formidable
for seven generations
against every onslaught that they got
from savages en wild animals
becoming marksmen, riding
and taming wild horses
with one bullet per day
to hunt a wild antelope,
who migrated right across the country
over hills in mass protest
and then you have
the most formidable adversary
and then let them fight
in a natural wilderness
where the hunter,
the sniper and horseman excels
and any enemy is at a lost.
Let them then also be patriotic
into their souls,
believe in and read
out of the word of God

Expect No Mercy
If youre ready for the street
You wanna mix it in some fight
Let me tell you somethin
Now I dont wanna get you uptight
But if youre in a corner
And you cant find no way out
Dont look around for no help
No, no there wont be any around
Expect no mercy, expect no mercy
Expect no mercy, expect no mercy
So you think you got a case
And you think you know the score
No you dont wanna listen
You cant be told no more
But waitll you get out there
You better do it right
cause the streets are lined with things that kill
And theyre hidin in the night
Expect no mercy, expect no mercy
Expect no mercy, expect no mercy
Expect no mercy, expect no mercy
Expect no mercy, expect no mercy
Feel that you can cut it
You think you got the time
Theyll only give you one chance
Better get it right first time
And the game youre playing
If you lose you gotta pay
If you make just one wrong move
Youll get blown away
Expect no mercy, expect no mercy
Expect no mercy, expect no mercy
Expect no mercy, expect no mercy
Expect no mercy, expect no mercy

I Don't Expect Respect
I don't expect...
Understanding from anyone selfish.
I don't expect...
A comprehension from someone among,
Those who have not sacrificed.
Or...
Those who live self-centered lives.
I don't expect...
Understanding from anyone selfish.
I don't expect...
A comprehension from someone among,
Those who have not sacrificed.
Or...
Those who live self-centered lives.
I don't expect...
Respect,
From them to get.
I don't expect...

Expect Your ………….You!
Expect your friend to be not better than you;
Expect your neighbor to not forgive you;
Expect your country not to goad you;
Expect your siblings to but discourage you;
Expect your children to not care for you;
Expect your spouse to rather hinder you;
Expect your love to always forget you;
Expect your home sometimes to ignore you;
Expect your native place to not honor you;
Expect the world to disregard you;
Expect your enemy to well hate you;
Expect your Maker to much love you;
Expect your God to never forsake you;
Expect your Lord and God to never abandon you.

Expect More
Expect more,
From yourself...
Before your self respect,
becomes enclosed
Behind shut doors.
Expect more,
Not less.
When your best,
Has been ignored.
Expect more,
Or you'll be next...
Left when your intentions,
Begin to bore.
Expect more,
From those awake.
But the exchange makes them snore.
Expect more,
If a game played becomes too straight.
And you must be that whore!
To gain the attention,
Some express you adore.
Expect more...
From them and yourself to win.
In this life expect more.
Don't accept what is suspected.
Don't throw tantrums and fits...
Just to keep limits explored!
Expect more!

People Expect Too Much From Me
aug,11,2010
people expect me to be perfect,
because i'm smart,
people expect me to get good grades,
because of all the hard work i put in,
people expect me to have my own business,
because i can be talented and creative,
people expect me to be a push over,
rather than a girl who speaks her mind,
people expect me to be something i'm not,
but all i can be is only myself,
people expect me to deal with life,
i can only deal with it the best i can,
people expect me to handle more than i can,
but who is it really for or what do i have to prove?
people expect me to be who they want,
but did they ever stop to think of what i wanted?

The Causes of War
On January 1st, foxes deeply irritated overnight by
Black dogs barking demanding Political Scepter
In the Morning, the foxy Governor stood by hind legs
Looking side to side, which dog to be thrown to
Finally, to wrong the red dog that fluked in the next desert
And the foxes left, the red dog became the new master
Began saying a black dog can’t rule, lead or govern
“No black dog shall hold public office”
National constitution first Article reads
This political injustice, inequality and discrimination
In such prinking sensation principle caused
The black dogs to sharpen their teeth
On January 1st, the foxes deeply irritated overnight by
Black dogs barking demanding the Social rod
In the Morning, the foxy Governor stood by hind legs
Looking side to side, which dog to be thrown to
Finally, to wrong the red dog that fluked in next desert
And the foxes left, the red dog became the new master
Declared Gemono – his religion, as state religion
Virgono – his culture, as state culture
And said all dogs be Virginian – his nationality
He outlawed the black dog religion and culture
As heresy and Immoral
This blasphemy and sacrilegious in such
Manner caused war between the two dogs
On January 1st, the foxes deeply irritated overnight by
The black dogs barking demanding the foxes to leave their land
In the Morning, the foxes left, the red dogs rushed in their houses
Became the new owners of the houses
Began using Gemonoic laws to govern the black dogs
“If a black dog picks a slice of meat from butchery
A tooth of the dog is removed
If black dog tail touches gown of red dog
The dog’s tail is cut off
If black dog steps on the red dog mate
The leg that stepped on the mate is cut off”
This cruel and inhuman punishment caused biting between the red and the black dog
On January 1st, the foxes deeply irritated overnight by
The black dogs barking demanding the foxes to leave
The foxes left, the red dog became the new master
Began stealing taxes, gold and oil causing
A cycle of poverty and disadvantages and uneven development
Calling the black dogs slaves and sub – humans
Even the black dog that don’t lick the eye of their puppies underwent this economic injustice and humiliating racism
Caused bloodshed between
The black dogs and the red dogs

How Can You Expect To Be Taken Seriously?
(tennant/lowe)
------------------
You live upon a stage, and everyones agreed
Youre the brightest hope by far that anyone can see
So when you take the limelight you can guarantee
Youre gaining fame and claiming credibility
Tell me baby are you gonna get high as a kite?
Tell me baby are you gonna let it happen every night
How can you expect to be taken seriously?
You live within the law, and everyone assumes
You must find this a bore, and try something new
Youre an intellectual giant, an authority
To preach and teach the whole world about ecology
Tell me baby are you gonna make any other claims?
Tell me baby are you gonna take any of the blame?
How can you expect to be taken seriously?
How can you expect to be taken seriously?
(seriously)
(seriously)
You live within the headlines, so everyone can see
Youre supporting every new cause and meeting royalty
Youre another major artist on a higher plane
Do you think theyll put you in the rocknroll hall of fame?
Tell me baby how you generate longevity
Tell me baby how you really hate publicity
How can you expect to be taken seriously?
How can you expect to be taken seriously?
Seriously (seriously)
Seriously, aah
(do you have a message for your fans? )
How can you expect to be taken seriously?
How can you expect to be taken seriously?

Mitt Romney Scores Home Goal
Mitt Romney was caught with pants
down in party public speech hubris
basically declared he has rewritten
sacred American Constitution rich...
has declared it is not the president's job
to look after poor disparaged 47% voters
a record number of people on food stamps
nearly one in six Americans in poverty...
23 million Americans who are struggling
desperate demanding their right to work
in jobs Mitt Romney profit backed to China
let us teach Mitt about federal government...
employment essentially guarantees citizens
are protected in their Fourth Amendment
'right of the people to be secure in their persons,
houses, papers, and effects,... (against debt)
seizures' Americans with pride want to work.
Now a lesson in history for Mitt Romney spoilt?
An honourable US President Franklin Roosevelt
inspired desired inclusion of right to an adequate
standard of living for all his responsibility citizens!
Franklin gave his famous Four Freedoms speech
in 1941 and Roosevelt declared freedom of speech,
freedom of faith, freedom from want and freedom
from fear in Universal Declaration of Human Rights!
Mitt Romney does not ask what is freedom from want?
Yes Mr Mitt Romney news flash for you a recognized
basic human right is 'right to an adequate standard
of living' established as a minimum entitlement
to food, clothing, housing at a subsistence level.
Mitt Romney's declaration it is not the president's
job to look after a poor disparaged 47% of voters
infers Romney will not support their freedom of speech
and expression, freedom of faith, and definitely implies
protecting poor freedom from want freedom from fear
will not be a on an agenda as a Romney public concern?
Does no one remember master Norman Rockwell's
oil paintings illustrations of The Four Freedoms?
I particularly like painting with the beautiful
cooked turkey and generational family blessings.

The Legend Of St. Sophia Of Kioff
I.
[The Poet describes the city and spelling of Kiow, Kioff, or Kiova.]
A thousand years ago, or more,
A city filled with burghers stout,
And girt with ramparts round about,
Stood on the rocky Dnieper shore.
In armor bright, by day and night,
The sentries they paced to and fro.
Well guarded and walled was this town, and called
By different names, I'd have you to know;
For if you looks in the g'ography books,
In those dictionaries the name it varies,
And they write it off Kieff or Kioff, Kiova or Kiow.
II.
[Its buildings, public works, and ordinances, religious and civil.]
Thus guarded without by wall and redoubt,
Kiova within was a place of renown,
With more advantages than in those dark ages
Were commonly known to belong to a town.
There were places and squares, and each year four fairs,
And regular aldermen and regular lord-mayors;
And streets, and alleys, and a bishop's palace;
And a church with clocks for the orthodox—
With clocks and with spires, as religion desires;
And beadles to whip the bad little boys
Over their poor little corduroys,
In service-time, when they DIDN'T make a noise;
And a chapter and dean, and a cathedral-green
With ancient trees, underneath whose shades
Wandered nice young nursery-maids.
[The poet shows how a certain priest dwelt at Kioff, a godly
clergyman, and one that preached rare good sermons.]
Ding-dong, ding-dong, ding-ding-a-ring-ding,
The bells they made a merry merry ring,
From the tall tall steeple; and all the people
(Except the Jews) came and filled the pews—
Poles, Russians and Germans,
To hear the sermons
Which HYACINTH preached godly to those Germans and Poles,
For the safety of their souls.

Sa hanging malinis
May ngiti sa araw

I am but a small voice
I am but a small dream
The fragrance of a flowr
In the unpolluted air
I am but a small voice
I am but a small dream
To smile upon the sun
Be free to dance and sing
Be free to sing my song to evryone
Chorus:
Come young citizens of the world
We are one, we are one
Come young citizens of the world
We are one, we are one
We have one hope
We have one dream
And with one voice
We sing...
Coda:
Peace, prosperity
And love for all mankind
Peace, prosperity
And love for all mankind

I am but a small voice
I am but a small dream
To smile upon the sun
Be free to dance and sing

La Bouquetiere
Buy my roses, citizens,--
Here are roses golden white,
Like the stars that lovers watch
On a purple summer night.
Here are roses ruddy red,
Here are roses Cupid's pink;
Here are roses like his cheeks--
Deeper--like his lips, I think.
Vogue la galere! what if they die,
Roses will bloom again--so, buy!
Here is one--it should be white;
As tho' in a playful mind,
Flora stole the winter snow
From the sleeping north'rn wind
And lest he should wake and rage,
Breath'd a spell of ardent pow'r
On the flake, and flung it down
To the earth, a snow-white flow'r.
Vogue la galere! 'tis stain'd with red?
That only means--a woman's dead!
Buy my flowers, citizens,--
Here's a Parma violet;
Ah! why is my white rose red?
'Tis the blood of a grisette;
She sold her flowers by the quay;
Brown her eyes and fair her hair;
Sixteen summers old, I think--
With a quaint, Provincial air.
Vogue la galere! she's gone the way
That flesh as well as flow'rs must stray.
She had a father old and lame;
He wove his baskets by her side;
Well, well! 'twas fair enough to see
Her look of love, his glance of pride;
He wore a beard of shaggy grey,
And clumsy patches on his blouse;
She wore about her neck a cross,
And on her feet great wooden shoes.
Vogue la galere! we have no cross,
Th' Republic says it's gold is dross!
They had a dog, old, lame, and lean;
He once had been a noble hound;
And day by day he lay and starv'd,
Or gnaw'd some bone that he had found.
They shar'd with him the scanty crust,
That barely foil'd starvation's pain;

As Previously Advantaged, Now Disadvantaged
we are humbly sorry that our ancestors
sailed with ships from Europe
to discover other continents,
putting their intelligence and advanced
technology into good practice,
discovering the Cape of Good Hope
and developing this country
to the best of their ability and knowledge
while your ancestors migrated from the big lakes
in central Africa, under chief Dlamini
from eMbo killing the other local inhabitants
as far as they were going,
even wiping them out after they had settled.
We are humbly sorry that our ancestors
took you from the bush, tried to teach you
Christian values and a Christian religion,
instead of worshiping to ancestral spirits,
dead stones of which you believe the silence
have greater meaning and more depth
than any other teachings,
tried to teach you to earn a living
by planting crops, maintaining and herding cattle
instead of pillaging, robbing and killing others,
instead of trapping, killing animals,
with sticks, stones and iron spears.
We are humbly sorry that our ancestors
took the wild bush as pioneers
planned and developed
farms, towns and cities, mines, factories,
the infrastructure that are in them,
developed water resources,
electrical powering and laid railway lines,
developed the roads,
the harbors and airports that link them
to each other and the rest of the wide world,
which you now view as belonging to you,
to at your discretion take over by force
from the people to whom they did belong,
to rob, kill and pillage property
to rename airports, harbors, streets,
towns and cities at your own discretion.
We are humbly sorry that our ancestors
after fighting victoriously against yours
at Blood River and in other wars and battles
respected you as people living in this country,
did not like the Americans and Australians
go out to wipe you out of the country,

A Second Train Song for Gary
When the trains come into strange cities
The citizens come out to meet the strangers.
I love you, Jack, he said
I love you, Jack, he said
At another station.
When passengers come in from strange cities
The citizens come out to help the strangers.
I love you too, I said
I love you too, I said
From another station.
The citizens are kind to passing strangers
And nourish them and kiss their lips in kindness.
I walk the unbelieving streets
I walk the unbelieving streets
In a strange city.
At night in cold new beds the welcomed strangers
Achieve in memory the city's promise.
I wake in love with you
I wake in love with you
At last year's station.
Then say goodbye to citizens and city
Admit this much—that they were kind to strangers.
I leave my love with you
I leave my love with you
In this strange city.

The actors are ready..
Throw the peanuts of promises,
As we are the helpless citizens,
Having ten fingers,
Throw us peanuts of hopes,
Which finger you want to paint,
And that finger is yours,
But they spit on the index finger,
Now they want us to press,
With the little fingers,
The drama is staged perfectly,
On the platform of every country,
That believes in democracy,
Believes the gays and lesbians,
Talks about the D & C and The Gods,
Health care for obese and skeletal,
Employment for employed and unemployed,
High rises with vacant apartments,
The not run taps of foreclosed houses,
Empty stomachs need metal pots,
The botched hut with oil lamps,
Supplied with T.V and mixer,
Citizens hold hand phone,
Imported Fried chicken compete,
With the beggar's pizza franchise,
Xenon Front lights of the car,
The imported cheap plastics,
From the communist China,
Citizens are uncomfortable,
They can't afford a house,
The price hike in the soil,
Metal, water, fuel and food,
Citizens are over engrossed,
With their own implanted worries,
The democratic leaders are elected,
The next four or five years,
They will build their tunnels,
Underneath, below the hope,
And dreams of every innocent.

Just a soldier
I am not perfect,
nor is anyone.
noone is always right,
everyone is sometimes wrong.
So don't expect a hero,
don't expect a knight.
don't expect perfection,
for i am just a man.
I am not a hero,
but nor am i a fool.
i am just a man,
in a soldier's uniform.
Do not try to fight me though,
theres power hidden inside.
strength is not as important,
as the power thats inside.
So dont expect a hero,
don't expect a guide.
just expect a soldier,
with power deep inside.

I Can't Be True
(Dolly Parton)
I can't be true no matter what I do
It's a weakness of mine, nothin' to do with you
So don't expect it of me though I expect it of you
I love you, I do, but I can't be true
Men are my weakness I've got a roving eye
And I've fallen victim to many a smile
I just love the excitement of love when it's new
I'm just a hopeless romantic so I can't be true, I can't be true
I can't be true no matter what I do
It's a weakness of mine, nothin' to do with you
So don't expect it of me though I expect it of you
I love you, I do, but I can't be true, I can't be true
Some play it safe while some like it hot
I guess you could say I never knew when to stop
But when I'm lovin' you, I'll give it all that I got
It might be different with you to know I can't be true
I can't be true no matter what I do
Oh I get around, and I break all of the rules
Now that you know it's true, I'll leave the rest up to you
I'll be good to you, but I can't be true, I can't be true
I can't be true no matter what I do
It's a weakness of mine, its not a weakness in you
So don't expect it of me though I expect it of you
I really love you, I do, but I can't be true, I can't be true
I can't be true no matter what I do
Oh I get around, and I break all of the rules
Now that you know it's true, I'll leave the rest up to you
I'll be good to you, but I can't be true, I can't be true

Cry So Easy
Draw the line
Dont want to waste my time
On an unresponsive
Kid like you
Who made the effort
You devil in disguise
You just keep on trying
To win affection with your smile
Baby cry so easy
Expect me to believe
In the love that
Youre looking for
(in the love that youre looking for)
Say youd never leave me
But babe I cant believe
In the love that
Youre looking for
Danger signs
Opened up the eyes
Of an unsuspecting
Fool like me
What about an effort
What about tonight
Whats the use in trying
When nothings going right
Baby cry so easy
Expect me to believe
In the love that
Youre looking for
Tears they dont come easy
And babe I cant believe
In the love that
Youre looking for
(the kind love you never felt before)
Baby cry so easy
Expect me to believe
In the love that
Youre looking for
(in the love that youre looking for)
Say youd never leave me
But babe I cant believe
In the love that
Youre looking for
Cant you see
That youre turning me
Into a cold cold
Kid like you
Forget the effort
Now youre not mine
No more use in smiling

Mrs. Train
Mrs. Train
I don't want to be first in line to see Mrs. Train
I expect that it doesn't matter to Mrs. Train
Being comfortable with yourself
And being patient and taking your time
Are the things that Mrs. Train can understand
I've never seen a train like this before
But then again there's never been
A train like this before like Mrs. Train
And someone's got to be the one to declare
That they want to be next in line to see Mrs. Train
But I don't want to be first in line to see Mrs. Train
I expect that it doesn't matter to Mrs. Train
Being patient and taking your time
Are things a train can understand
And I'll be happy when I finally take her hand
There's never been a train like this before.
Someone's got to be the one
At the head of the line to first see Mrs. Train.
But I'm not in any rush to head the line
And so the line has a missing head.
And I don't want to be first in line to see the missing head
I expect that it doesn't matter to the missing head
Being patient and taking your time
Are things that a head can understand
And I'll be happy when I finally take its hand
There's never been a head like this before
Someone's got to be the one
At the head of the line to first see the missing head
But I'm not in any rush to head the line
And so the line has a missing head
(Missing head) And I don't want to be first in line to see the missing head
(Missing head) I expect that it doesn't matter to the missing head
Being patient and taking your time
Are things that a head can understand
And I'll be happy when I finally take its hand
(Missing head) And I don't want to be first in line to see the missing head

Know the rulings of your heart are true
How can we expect good from anyone and be disappointed when
It is not displayed when we do not act in accordance to the rulings
Of our own hearts? How are we to expect anyone to resist the temptation
Of exploitation if we are to be so happy in exploiting others ourselves?
How are we to expect charity if we are never the ones to give it?
How are we to expect Love is we are never the ones to live it?
Are we to expect anything, least we end up disappointed?
I feel disjointed yet anointed with the blessing of being able to
Undress this manifest reality we have been given and to see
The true wonder that lay within just as I am here to show my gratitude
For the world beyond my flesh.
Just as the blood of the wasp has laid so
Heavy on my hands for all these years so
To continue build upon its stain a monument of refrain.
I know now is the time to step into the world as a figure
Of whom I am proud to dwell within, setting modes to inner flight
The night’s road comes to a graceful end as we sing of the songs of Love you bring.
Know the rulings of your heart are true and if ever you should part with its teachings
Know that there is no other voice that will guide you with a love so true that could not be considered preaching.
The Love we live is a consequence of the Love we give whether or not we shall receive any in return.
We are only ever to know that there is no good nor evil if we are able to understand the marriage of heaven and hell.
For good appears as a passive quality, a reluctance to act upon the instinct of intuition that guides us.
What the law of man doth say some times in no ways corresponds with the rulings of the heart
Listen to the rhythmic hypnosis of your souls solemn chanting enticing you to chance within the circle of the shamans dance.
Turn within the medicine wheel - spin to unravel –Trip to travel beyond the circle.
Temptations of the flesh devour as decadent dogs the fresh youth of adolescents cravings
Nothing can be done nor should it but for helping those that would seek the guidance of another.
Love each as your mother and understand that it is not the hand of mortal law that bears down
Guilt upon our souls when we lie to one another - it is the law of our hearts to which we must abide and before no other law should we ever stop in our striding towards the light.
There is no wrong, there is no right,
For the evil which they would have
Us believe layeth within the devils heart
Is nothing but the energy upon which
The foundations of all life on earth is born.
All that is seen as sinful can be seen
As the fulfillment of desire –
Yet is it not a desire to know truth from falsity?
Is it not a desire to know true a reality
away from the blue within which we sometimes slip?
