You are a woman
If your identity
is insecurity,
self image,
body image,
self hate, self blame,
repetitive dark thoughts
cluttering your mind;
not worthy,
not beautiful,
not thin enough, not tall enough,
not smart enough,
not dark enough, not white enough........
It's time to stop,
It's time to love and accept your self.
It's time to be gentle and kind to your self,
Take it easy
Take it slowly
One day at a time
One minute at a time.
Connect to the light,
connect to your inner strength.
Call upon the wisdom of your higher power
that made you as you are;
Beautiful in every way.
Feel empowered......
The strength will lift you high
on wings of optimism you will fly
