I am a man
my identity confirmed
I've been burned
to the blue I turned
don't be too concerned
my lesson's already learned
about to make a change
I know it sounds strange
I feel it every time
she writes my name
she thinks i'm playing a game
but it will drive me insane
if she don't feel the same
what I am
she already knows
a man waiting for love
waiting for her
wanting to give
a man needing love in return
that's been lonely too long
that she can have forever
a man she can love
she can call her own
that would never do her wrong
a man who loves her as she is
who would never want her to change
who would do anything to please her
