The Paradoxal Saint
A sinner in search of a hideaway
A saint in search of a glorious prize
some call him broken
some call him names
The love of many has come to him
The hate of many has overcome him
Life has given him dreams
God has given him hope
A sinner in search of paradise
A saint in search of satisfaction
some call him spiritual
some call him dead
the broken truth of so many lies
the spoken truth of so many words
Life has given him lust
God has given him love
This strange paradox of saint and sinner
The strange irony of love and hate
