I like the dark it keeps me sane
it wipes away my tears
and pushes away the pain
I like the dark it's all around
it holds me close
I'm never lost I'm always found
I like the dark it holds me dear
and I know that somehow I am safe here
I love the dark
it's for me
I'll stay in the dark
and I'll be happy
