Queen of the Jungle
In the Jungle-
It is the feline who prevails
The pulse of the others
She takes and she steals
Slowly she struts
With grace and with ease
Never to others
Having to answer or appease
She truly is
The Queen of her throne
She is so graceful-
She is well known!
Fur that is golden
The walk of a Queen
Thirsty for blood
The thirst of a fien'd
Blood is her drug,
Blood through the veins
She starts to slice
And, then she does reign!
She raises her head
She knows she will win
And, her lips slowly turn
Into a grin
The smile of victory
The laugh of a Queen
The grin of a winner
So fine, and so lean!
A body of steel
A heart made of gold
Physical srength
Yet, a mind that's grown cold
Instinct it reigns
Over her choices
So, she just ignores
All of the other voices!
The speaking that comes
From the domestic dream
Or, the nightmare perhaps
They yell, and they scream!
