Oh Star
Oh Star you are so softly shining in the midnight blue of night
Hypnotising all us humans with your little blue-white light
Star, do you know how far you are from us this very day?
If you could only speak to us I wonder just what would you say?
Though Star you are so far from me out in that blackness that is space
I think your winking, wise serenity is aimed at just this human race.
