Ocean Breath
While strolling along the beach
The sand forces its way into our tired arches
And we stop and lay down to rest our feet
And feel the warm breeze in the night darkness
And listen to the motioning water
While holding each other
The waves continue over and over constantly
With a romantic tone to every roll
Even with others on the beach sauntering
We find that we don’t even care at all
So we fall for each others clues
And feel our way around each others hearts
Find warmth and comfort as two
And forget where and when we started
The waves rolling, we keep going
And smile at how quiet the gasp is
As the ocean pauses and takes a breath for us
