My Day as a Frog
(to the tune of up on the rooftop)
Frog on a lily pad,
Hop, hop, hop
Into the water,
Belly-flop
Dive down deep,
And swim around
Kick back up,
To solid ground
I’m so hungry,
I will eat
Spiders, snails,
Worms and bees
My sticky tongue,
Flicks in and out
It brings the food,
Back to my mouth
I am full,
So off I go
Hop and swim,
Back to my home
