MLK Jr.
He had to go
Uppity negro
Expecting equality
Drinking from the same fountain
Sitting at the front of the bus?
Don't he know his place?
Now he's pushing unions
Challenging the white elite
No, that certainly won't do
Jesus tried such antics
And we swiftly disposed of him
This world murders the Gandhi,
the Jesus, and the Benazir Bhutto.
To make room for escaped Nazis
African dictators, and maniacal Shahs.
Justice never had a chance
When money and hate
Stood in the way
But even these
With time, persistence
And faith
Can slowly chip away
At the decay
So long as we hold
The fire of justice in our hearts
