London's Heart
(Terrorist attack Friday 7th July 2005)
London's heart lies bleeding
Her citizens are grieving
And again she took the blows
Standing firm with spirit unbroken.
Londoners suffered the blitz
Nazi Doodlebugs and V2 rockets
The IRA terrorist bombers
Survived united not broken.
Terror will not crush her proud heart
She will never surrender to infamy
Standing for Freedom and Democracy
Against those who would dominate the world.
