Lines Written after Reading A Bulletin
O sweet Eve how pity of thee,
Acting like a simpleton lady;
When Adam adulation embrace thee,
Thou simply felt it is nauseated and gaudy.
What is wrong in being sweet,
When it is chaste and sincere;
Thy allegation is a tickling greet,
Not more than a vague prejudice mere.
O descendant of Eve let us be thy companions,
An ordained plea from Adam descendant;
Please bestow us if thou like with lust and compassion,
Or despise us if thou like with nausea abundant.
Would this inane note throw thy nausea away?
Thou are the only person who knows it;
Should we [Adam] throw our sweet whim away?
We are the only person await for thee [Eve] to permits it
