I Built That Wall
Everything was great the first day we met
well at least until I met his mother
she was demanding and thought her son deserved the best
he loved and respected his mother
that put a bump in the road
well at least for his girlfriend
he expected her to let his mother takeover
she was a head strong girl and had will power
his mother did not like how free she was
she put a wedge between their friendship
this never did stop the connection
until his girlfriend resented liking him
because the wall his mother built between them.
