Hidden Tears Within
Let the rain roll down the face
Hiding tears of sadness for
Our grief will come to us
Without even asking, playing
Different roles, so when
Comfort deny us pain
They see our faces and will
Know it will come back again
Even if disguised, praying
Amnesia sometimes. Tears
will always warm the songs
Of sorrow, subsiding the silence
Within our hearts, playing
Rhythms of grief.
