Head vs Heart
Head vs heart,
Reality vs dream,
But what happens,
When your head says dream,
Your heart says reality,
Can you trust them,
Or do you wait,
For some little sign,
And then you lose it all,
The dream, the reality,
Both are gone,
Over night everything’s lost,
Oh just to change time back,
And go with the heart,
Cos now I realise,
That’s what I wanted,
I just couldn’t see it,
Cos the head was trying,
To overrule my heart,
To save more pain,
In the end I lost,
Nobody else,
The one who’s lonely,
Without a hug,
That was a lesson learned,
Never to be forgotten,
Head vs heart,
I’ll pick heart every time!
