Death in a Breath

I care not of life nor death
It’s all a waste of meaningless breath
I care not for today nor tomorrow
For it all just ends in meaningless sorrow
The fleeting raven in the apple tree
As the rainstorm destroys the orchard free
And lethargy demands my liturgy
I fear no trouble or pain of gain
But I am gears; clutchless,
Unresponsive without stimulus
Sick of imitating imitations
Drawn to fear all revelations
And I don’t want any more explanations…
