Daddy's Lil Girl No More
look at me and tell me who you see
is it the girl i am
or the girl i used to be
you say i'm still your lil girl
well can't you see
i'm no longer her
i havent been
and can never be again
the girl i once was
she disappeared
faded away at such a young age
the lil girl she was
it all ended so soon
forcing her to grow up
faster than she should have
can't you see
the lil girl i used to be
she died the night this never ending war began
the war of a daughter and a father
you started this all
when i was just a lil girl
you cannot see her anymore
but here you are
still believing i'm the same
daddy's lil girl
you cannot see the pain you caused
the tears you made shed
you cannot see your lil girl
fore she is dead
you left me as this girl i am now
hurt and scared
rough around the edge
now look at me and tell me who you see
is it the girl i am
or the one i used to be
