honestly
despite the worlds
negitive hostility
this world is gettin soh
bad
and yet baby still manages
to laugh
if only we knew what baby

then maybe we would laugh
too
and the problems of the world
wouldn't hold us down

what is it that keeps you smiling
while the rest of the world's
in hell? ?

and know tha t things will get

if only we could see what
baby sees
