As Child Is To Mother
I am one of God's soldiers
Living by God's grace
To rid the world of hate and evil
All we need is faith
Not the kind of faith
Where you hope and wish
The kind of faith this world needs is
That kind that turned a frog into a prince with a kiss
Oh Lord I'll put that act right back
Oh I'll put the act in action, Lord
I'll work and work until I see my chance
Then I'll change the world
One step at a time I'm told
One foot then the other
I'll nurture the gifts I'm given
Like a child in the arms of his mother
