A Loud Silent Cry
The cry of a broken heart is louder than it seems
Through song, dance, tears, pen, or isolation
The cries of a broken heart are revealed
Time is of the essence is what we say
To convince ourselves
That one day, hopefully, soon
The pain we once saw as everlasting
Which crippled our strength to hold our ground
Strong like we once did
Would disappear as tho it never existed
The disappearance of this pain
Would create a feeling of new life
Allowing the dead to live again
