A Friend.
The summer was warm,
it gave me delight,
for all i needed, was a friend,
that would hold me tight.
A friend to hug,
a friend to help,
a friend whose there,
when i yelp.
The day was lovely,
my heart was warm,
at last, a phone call!
but sweat filled my palm.
It was a beautiful summers day,
it gave me the chills!
i just need a,
friend to sit on the hills.
