A Certain Prophecy
I don't play butterflies and daisies
He-loves-me, he-loves-me-not
or any kind of romantic
I don't think it's love
Human hormones are kinda tricky
but I've already had in mind
a certain prophecy.
I believe we are all letter C's
running around but without no sound
for a circle to be completed
until but alone and only ourselves
could we find
our way to this ground
and we'll go happy and free
happy go round
and we're going to see
we're self nourishing like a tree
though we owe it all from the Almighty
The truth that lies behind
a certain prophecy.
