Wonderful Sorrow
Oh,
how wonderful
my
blackened
sorrow
It's
searing pain
breathes warmth,
softening once
calcified veins.
Like dry-ice,
burning away
at the
hardened numbness
of my being.
It's good
to feel.
Even with loss.
Never
forgotten,
is the cold
suffocating
rain.
Life choked
back in to
collapsed lungs.
I gasp deeply
and spew out the
poisonous bile
through tears
Oh,
how wonderful
my
blackened
sorrow
It's good
to feel.
Even with loss.
