Too Weak To Write
TOO WEAK TO WRITE
Too weak to write -
I have no power of poetry in me-
I ache-
I am tired -
There is no enthusiasm for anything -
No uplift -
My body controls my mind by diminishing it.
I am writing these lines now
Though I would much rather be in bed.
