There Is So Much To Be Grateful For
THERE IS SO MUCH TO BE GRATEFUL FOR
There is so much to be grateful for
I do not know how to thank God
True, I pray
But words are words-
Perhaps then the Feeling itself
Before and with the words
Is the true gratitude-
Yet I know my treacherous self
What of the times when there is no Gratitude?
What of the times of Question and Anger?
What of the times of Doubt?
Is it enough to always fear God
But to Love God only intermittently?
