The Night Is As Clear As Countless Stars
THE NIGHT IS AS CLEAR AS COUNTLESS STARS
The night is as clear as countless stars-
But I do not know why
I live in such a small Universe-
If there were some other way to be,
We would not find it-
For we as we are-
Are lost with or without the stars
In a night that knows
Darkness alone is most real.
