It's Gone
IT’S GONE-
It’s gone-
So much of it is gone-
All the years
The life-
Who knows what it means?
So many people
So many great things
The best the very best
All gone-
And now in these few years left
How will I survive?
And how will I not remember?
And what will be of me
And of us
When I die?
Or before I die
If I am no longer human at all?
And what does it all mean?
God, what does it all mean?
Only You know
And where are You?
And who are we?
And what does it all mean?
