When I woke up this morning I thought itd be another boring day.
Start the coffee skipo the shower Im out the door and on my way.
But then the phone rang and Ill never forget the words youd say.
My dad was dying this could be his last day.
I never knew that you could die.
And I always wanted to be by your side.
I should have seen it coming.
You lived your life so wrecklessly.
Got a second chance now and I hope you choose sobriety.
Cause Id never forgive you if you died and killed somone.
