Time of Love
Listen to my heart
It ticks like a clock
It is all I have to give
My heart is my time
I’ll give you my heart
And fill that time with kindness
I’ll fill that time with caring
If I had no money
All I would have to give you is my time
Is that enough?
It’s all I have to give
When you lay down your life
You give all your time
And where you spend your time
Is where you spend your heart
For tomorrow is not a promise
That is what they say
If I share my heart with you today
Will you share yours with me?
Until the end of time?
That is what love is to me.
