Soundwaves
I feel the energy building...
The gates open and we pour into you,
Excited for what you will pour back.
We are covered in secrets and sunscreen
And this day will wash us clean.
The vibration starts!
The crowd moves in pulsating, happy masses
Sweat evaporating to a hovering cloud
The Gods of Heavy Metal are speaking.
A powerful onslaught of drum and guitar
Falls upon the worshippers at your feet...
And I am one of many
Dancing with glee
Surrounded by kindred spirits
Our fists in the air
Mud in our shoes
Hours before home
Soundwave has begun! !
