she will not be talking about me
i understand
i am the unforgiven
i will be the most patient sinner
she will be the most
living memory
she is unforgotten
her hair as black as ever
no age, no time whitens it
i am getting older
and in pain
soon, i will embrace
another truth
a must
i must learn to forget
even though
perhaps i am still
unforgiven
my silence in ages
must appease the storms
