To Be Somebody
it is nice to be somebody
like that great man
but it is too sad
too harsh and annihilating
to lose myself just to be somebody
now i like being nobody
it is me and there is no other
i can sit
and just be alone gazing at all of them
panicking
to be that great somebody.
i smile. i am cool. i am myself
and you still love me.
