Love Sonnet 51 How soon could Spring ever blossom again?

How soon could Spring ever blossom again?
This world now riles at bleak colors of gray,
Where could rainbows and fairy tales have lain,
Or where will this stranger's horses find hay?
For gates of dreams have shut and doubly sealed,
Gardens wilted, with not a scent to trace,
In no temple an oracle revealed,
The moon concealed by umbra on its face;
Only angel sent from above is hope,
To guide me by the hand through all the mist,
To one drowning, someone who throws the rope,
Of my confused story, tells me the gist;
......But how to tell appearances of things,
......Try as I may, they all came in clipped wings.
