Love Sonnet 04: I Hear Violins, Playing In Your Voice

I hear violins, playing in your voice,
Each note lilting, sublime in every word,
Should other songs allure, you know my choice:
Your symphonies, which I might not afford;
I feel freest when confined in your arms,
The world departs the moment that you come,
My chains break loose, as I'm bound to your charms,
Pain haunts no more, for now I feel so numb;
But can I know, since when I'd been this way?
Did clocks behave, as if you were not near?
How many heartbeats constitute a day?
Your pulse, I've felt, though no chimes I could hear;
.......The hours went by, and so did times with you,
.......Our memories I'll keep, to hide from view.
