You.
So easy to say, these three little words
Yet, so complicated.
If I utter them, they leave me vulnerable
Exposed..
I
Miss
You.
It's true, but maybe better you don't know
Just
How
Much
I miss you.
The utterance of this simple statement
Changes things.
Makes it real..
Scares me.
But, it doesn't change the fact
That
I miss you
Because
I do.
Even when I'm trying not to
I think of you.
Even when I push away thoughts of you
Somewhere
Deep
Down
Inside
I know it's true..
Even when I'm not thinking
I'm missing you.
