Into the ether.
You brushed by
Brisk and anonymous.
With a breezy 'hello! '
Flakier than i like to remember
(Or believe) .
Didn`t believe a word
Of who you were, or are.
Cleared the air
Maybe.
But do i trust you?
No!
Soon you were gone.
Back into the ether,
As if we had
Never happened at all.
