An early spring morning
Refreshing
Dark clouds hanging heavy
With unshed tears
Wild swaying branches
Bending trees
Nests falling
Hatchlings dying
Natures sacrifice
In the howling wind
Running feet
Thunder
Lightning strike
Showers from heaven on me
