Three Words
Today I wanted to write you a note
But I didn't know what to say
There's just so much to tell you
That I couldn't tell in a single day
When you asked me if I was okay
And I replied yes
I was just thinking thinking about
How I was going to write you this
Of course it's nothing bad
But something in my mind keeps occuring
And keeps thinking about the wording
Of three very special words.
Now that I've said them
I wonder if there is more to do
To show you
That I love you
I promise I'll find a way
To show you one day
But as for now
I'll think of it somehow.
