Battle Of Life
i no longer hide how i feel,
what you see is what you get,
i'm tired of hiding what need to be free,
cuz how is anybody going to know,
the real me, if i hide it under all of my emotions,
it can't be free, it time to let it out,
i'm don't want to hide,
what i want people to understand,
cuz underneath this hard shell,
there's a person who trying to break free,
there's a person ready for change,
she tired of following in somebody else path,
for once she wants to be who she is,
and fight the battles that come her way,
she tired of making excuses every step of the way,
of what she can't do,
but, if that what she let get in her way,
she will only be holding herself back,
from being all that she can be,
can't you see?
she just want to be free from what she has to go through,
but you can't really be free from it,
until you learn to face it with courage,
no matter how much she don't want to,
that the only way to win the battle,
that she been fighting for the last 7 months.
