Don't order me to sit
when I need to stand
don't order me to listen
when I need to say something
don't force me to follow you
when your way is wrong.
Yes,
you may be in a higher position
than I am
yes,
you may be earning higher salary
than I do
but it does not mean
you can treat me less
than a human.
