Mystery of Life
Can pain and pleasure
Be felt at the same time?
I feel I am going out of my mind.
I asked my spiritual guide.
She looked at me with compassionate eyes
And said, “These are turbulent times
Too much happening at the same time
Mind is not able to deal with
So much stimulation
So you keep doing your meditation
To achieve equanimity of mind.”
Treat yourself with love and kindness
Everything cannot be analysed.
That is the mystery of life”.
