Revelations
The conversations in my mind
They have a brave new life
Of hope and dreams of happiness
Releasing schemes and common means
And letting go of strife
Love for God has become
My single grand obsession.
And in His Light I see my life
Unfold in great progression.
There can not be one tiny doubt
Of this spiritual progression.
I will not cave for I am brave
Rejecting all regression.
My thought evolves from human kind
To a spiritual succession.
No need to find myself tied up
In primal evolution.
For in my thoughts
Now freed from earth
An amazing revolution.
The old tired ways
And longest days
Have become an institution.
Release my mind from clutter thus
And cast away pollution.
A world in need
Of thought that's freed
Can't wait for its solution.
So please take note
On freedoms boat
You're sailing on an ocean
It's thought that heals
And moves the sails
Of mental might in motion.
For God is All in All my friend
In gratitude's emotion.
In thanks we give our thoughts to God
And on the sea of human hope
Our nets we cast
To God's complete devotion.
