To Sacrifice
If you know what it is like to sacrifice,
With the rewards of the benefits to you received...
Why do you vocalize the doing of it with such contempt?
Are you seeking more of the acknowledgement?
And the sacrificing you claim to do,
Has yet to be noticed by others?
What is it that you sacrifice?
False pride, your self centered ego or both?
