Pernicious and Effective
Doesn't it seem weak today,
To mention wanting peace?
And through the blackened Universe,
Dazzled by an array of fantastic light.
There is balance.
There is quiet.
There is nourishment and growth.
And here on Earth...
We crush each other,
As if assigned to be...
A pernicious and effective pesticide.
