Life with you is missed the most.
More than I had imagined.
More than complaining about,
The weak coffee made.
Or the frequency of smelled brunt toast.
Eggs tasteless and too hard to eat.
Or that freshly squeezed orange juice.
Pulpy, bland and not even sweet.
Life with you is missed the most.
More than I had imagined.
Dishes stacked with no one to wash.
Collected bags of garbage,
Stinking up the backyard.
And the leaves have not been raked,
Since you refused in your moodiness...
To act like a child.
And that's when I became irate.
Life with you is missed the most.
More than I had imagined.
I wish you would return to me,
Because I crave that delicious cake you make!
'And not the money I gave you to shop!
So you can tell your girlfriends,
What a lazy husband you've got? '
