Feeling Controlled and Hypocritical
I am NOT obsessed with possession.
Nor do I get upset,
When professing to feel a love real...
Can be unconditionally felt.
I've learned there has to conditions met,
That allows a trust to continue.
As I wonder in distrusting images,
That imprints a discomfort as I sit to ponder.
If a happiness that is shared...
Never visits suspicion apparently there,
I must respect another's wishes.
And yet regrets denied are suffered.
It seems I am the one left...
To mysteriously bleed quietly,
When alone but loving the ideal.
Instead of the reality of feeling controlled,
And hypocritical with a need to be caressed.
