Turns
in this life we take wrong turns
going left instead of right
emotional choices often pointless
when we get burned what do we learn
empty minds wasted times
should have read between the lines
broken hearts with poison darts
wish i had a brand new start
empty heart beats and big defeats
thinking now i should retreat
get myself off this dead end street
