When We Awake
Have you stolen the open fields?
Taken the visions of the cypress
Tamed every wild wind
I must look to the future again
When the cycle replenishes dreams
Reality is everything restored
My smile is filled with stars
You can take nothing from me
The dove with an olive branch
Caravan amidst the angels
Placid waters of the mandala
Oracle of the vibrant sun
Fortune of the eternal doors
Disdain is not forever
Things above are radiant
Sit on the quilt of nirvana
Things of time seek mediocrity
Be calm under the banyan tree
We part in the veil of perception
When we awake all is restored
